So, I am out skiing the BirkieTrail near Hayward, Wi and I get spotted by a KISS FM listener! How insane is that! A listener sent me a message on Facebook saying I flew past her on the Birkie trail! WOW! That really freaked me out! Not sure how she recongnized me with all this ski gear on in the middle of NOWHERE!It was such a great fun day! We skied 44K and enjoyed every second of it! This is a photo of my friend Janine, who is up ahead of me (always!) and myslef. We are busting up one of the MANY huge hills on this course!
Just a few weeks till the big race! Can't wait!
